Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 19.12.2013 and 20.12.2013, the Offeror acquired totally 71.371 and 91.721 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) respectively against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 24.12.2013 and 27.12.2013 respectively. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 59,1429% from 58,349% and for the Offeror to 5,351% from 4,558%, at 18.12.2013.
