Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 17.12.2013 and 18.12.2013, the Offeror acquired totally 69.124 and 54.065 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) respectively against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 20.12.2013 and 23.12.2013 respectively. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 58,349% from 57,750% and for the Offeror to 4,558% from 3,959%, at 16.12.2013.
