The company Forthnet SA announces, that according to the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art.21) combined with the HCMC's resolution 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11), a legal entity associated with Mr Dimitrios Goulandris, a Member of the Forthnet's BoD, notified on 31.7.2007 (art. 13, par. 1 of L. 3340/2005) the sale of 18,714 shares of a total value of Euro 196,256.27 on July 27th 2007.
