The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mrs. Areti Souvatzoglou – CEO of the Company- on May 22, 2012, bought 20,000  HYGEIA shares, with total value of EUR 2,742.74.
