(the «Company») announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Aas Tom, Executive Director ICM Asia & Africa, a) sold on 29th October 2013, 18.241 shares of the Company of a total value of €103.886,47, b) sold on 30th October 2013, 14.385 shares of the Company of a total value of €81.932.93 and c) sold on 31st October 2013, 12.374 shares of the Company of a total value of €71.288,57.
