Athens, May 13, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) that Mr. Torsten Tuerling, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired 2.000 shares of total value €7.895,00 on May 9, 2014.
