Announcement according to Law 3556/2007

Athens, July 11, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) that Mr. Haralambos David, Chairman of Frigoglass BoD and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired 11.730 shares of total value €40.863,60 on July 10, 2014.
