Athens, September 12, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) and following receipt of the relevant transaction information on 11 September 2014 that Mr. Pierre Boyer, Executive Director Business Unit ICM Europe & North America of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired 750 shares of total value €3.109,6 on April 30, 2014.
