Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11 that Mr Papagiannidis Paschalis, Quality & Product Integrity Director of the Company and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, sold on 4/4/2012 8.109 shares of total value 40.734,52 Euros and 1.266 shares of total value 6.456,6 Euros on 5/4/2012.
