The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Mr. Evaggelos Dedoulis  - Person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 bought on December 30, 2011    17,000 common registered shares of “HYGEIA S.A”, with total value of € 4,266.76.
