AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 19^th of January 2012, shareholder,, and Vice President and Managing Director of AUTOHELLAS S.A. Eftichios T.Vassilakis,, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), bought 250.000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of €250,000.00.
