Announcement according to paragraph 4.1.4.4 of ATHEX Regulation

Within the framework of the release of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. Group's financial statements for the 3rd Quarter of 2013, and in accordance to paragraph 4.1.4.4. of ATHEX Regulation, the Group's management announces the following:

ATHEX Board of Directors in its meeting dated 24.11.2011 decided the transfer of the company's shares to the “Under Supervision Category”, effective from Friday, 25.11.2011, based on the fact that the company's annual financial report of 31.12.2010 reported losses in excess of 30% of its net value.

In the time elapsed between the decision of the shares transfer to the “Under Supervision Category” and the publication of the financial statements of 30th September 2013, it was not possible to thrive the necessary and sufficient terms and conditions laid down in the regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange to request the exit of the shares from the supervision category.

The company's financial results were affected during the period of 2013, in addition to Greek and International economic trends and the impact of the natural disaster that struckPellaon 25.02.2013 had, where the Group's factory of denim fabric production is located, as the factory facilities were flooded, leading to significant losses both in machinery and equipment and commodities. Since then the plant is either closed or underutilized.

Main concern of the Group's Management remains the constant action measures aimed at making the best possible use of all the business units of the Group, while is in constant contact and discussions with the banks to continue providing support to refinance and loan restructuring. These efforts, part of which is also the collection of insurance compensation, appear to have considerable hope of success, but at present there are no specific results to be announced.
