ELLAKTORS.A.discloses the following:

 1. Anastasios Kallitsantsis, President (executive member) of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the sale of  150,000 common registered shares of the Company on 19.3.2014, with a total value of Euro 610,500.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

 2. Dimitrios Kallitsantsis, Vice-President (executive member) of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the sale of  150,000 common registered shares of the Company on 19.3.2014, with a total value of Euro 610,500.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.                                                                                      

3. Dimitrios Koutras, Vice-President (executive member) of the Board of Directors of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the sale of  150,000 common registered shares of the Company on 19.3.2014, with a total value of Euro 610,500.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

 4. Leonidas Bobolas, Managing Director (executive member) of the company ELLAKTOR S.A. (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the sale of  200,000 common registered shares of the Company on 19.3.2014, with a total value of Euro 814,000.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
