PAPOUTSANIS S.A. (hereafter the “Issuer”) announces that the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange (the ATHEX) approved by its resolution dated 21^st November 2013, the appointment as a market maker of its member “BETA SECURITIES SA” for the shares of the Issuer  and set as commencement date of the market making the 25^th November 2013.

The Issuer has signed an agreement with “BETA SECURITIES SA” on the above with the following terms:

1. BETA SECURITIES SA will transmit in the ATHEX's trading system market making orders (i.e.concurrent buy and sell orders) for its own account on the shares of the Issuer in accordance with the specially applicable legislation. For this service the Issuer will pay a fee to BETA SECURITIES      SA.
2. The term of the relevant agreement has been agreed for one (1) year.
