Athens, September 12, 2014 - Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors dated 11^th September 2014, M.J. MAILLIS S.A. announces that Dr. Robert Bartels will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Maillis Group of Companies.

Dr. Bartels has successfully served in the past as Chief Executive Officer, in large international enterprises and has a valuable experience, among else, to the operational restructuring of business. Dr Bartels will be replacing Mr Ioannis Lentzos, who served successfully as Chief Executive Officer of the Group, through an interim period. Mr Ioannis Lentzos shall stay with the Group and will undertake the duties of Chief Operations Officer (COO).
