ALTEC SA based on Law 3556/2007 in combination with Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on July 30, 2007, Mrs Verbi Irini, wife of Tsikouras Constantinos who is executive member of Company's BoD (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) sold 15.000 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 32.700.
