DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A. informs the investing public that Tethys Ocean B.V. (TethysOcean) has acquired 4,176,080 shares from Mr. Stelios Pitakas, 1,350,596 shares from Mr. George Pitakas and 473,324 shares from Mr. Konstantinos Pitakas (the ‘first tranche'). A second transfer of 1,705,751 shares from Mr. Stelios Pitakas and Mr. George Pitakas toTethysOceanis agreed to be concluded within 15 calendar days from the first tranche.

As a result of this transaction,TethysOceanhas informed Dias that it will be launching a mandatory takeover offer, in accordance with Greek Law.
