TERNA ENERGY SA, following the completion on November 1, 2013 of the corporate acts regarding the reforming of the share capital, informs the Investors, according to article 9 par. 5 of the Law 3556/2007, that the Company's share capital amounts to a total of thirty two million seven hundred ninety four thousand three hundred and twenty euros (32,794,320 €) divided into one hundred nine million three hundred fourteen thousand and four hundred (109,314,400) common registered voting shares, with a nominal value of thirty cents of the euro (0.30€) each.

The above information is given with the aim to assist the Investors in calculating the percentage of the voting rights they hold and therefore to proceed to any action in order to fulfill obligations stipulated by the L.3556/2007
