GEK TERNA SA, informs the Investors that all procedures regarding the share capital increase, by virtue of the A' Repeat Extraordinary General Assembly dated December 6, 2013 have been completed. The 8.579.680 new shares issued by virtue of the said increase are listed in the Athens Stock Exchange as of January 8^th 2014. 

According to article 9 par. 5 of the Law 3556/2007 and in order to assist the holders of shares or voting rights in calculating and determining the thresholds for acquisition or disposal of important participations, the Company announces that its share capital amounts to a total of fifty three million eight hundred  and forty three thousand, five hundred and forty nine euros and seventy six cents of euro (53.843.549,76 €), is fully paid and is divided in ninety four  million four hundred and sixty two thousand, three hundred and sixty eight (94.462.368) ordinary registered shares, of a nominal value  of fifty seven cents of euro (0,57 €) each.
