Announcement for divided payment

Plaisio Computes SA, in accordance with article 279 -Regulation of ASE- of the decision of the General Shareholder Meeting, which took place on May 23d 2006, the dividend for the period 2005 is 0,25 ? per share. Shareholders of Plaisio Computers as of 24th May 2006 are entitled to dividend for the fiscal year 2005. Consequently, starting on Thursday May 25th 2006, which is the ex-dividend date, the shares will trade in the Athens Exchange without the right to dividend. Dividend payment will take place on June 2nd 2006, from the National Bank of Greece, as follows:
- Through the operators of the Greek Dematerialized Securities System (DSS/SAT) in accordance with the new distribution procedure as stated in articles 329 of the ATHEX Regulation and 39 of the Central Securities Depository (CSD) Regulation.
- Through the branch network of the National Bank of Greece for the Shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS/SAT Operator and those whose operator is CSD.
- For the shareholders who have not been able to be credited by their DSS/SAT operator dividend may be collected from June 9th 2006 on from the branch network of the National Bank of Greece. Dividend collection from the branch network of the National Bank of Greece will be possible until June 2nd 2007, and is effected by disclosing the DSS/SAT (Securities Account Number of the Investor) and proof of official identification or with a legally designated representative. After the date in question (02/06/2007) the dividend will be paid from the Headquarters of our company (Ermou & Chlois 92, Metamorphosi).
