ATEbank announces that at the meeting on 29.12.2011, the Board of Directors, decided the establishment of the Executive Committee, consisting of five (5) to seven (7) members.
The Commission's responsibilities are included in the relevant Internal Regulation for the Operation of the Committee, which together with the revised Code of Corporate Governance & Internal Operating Regulation of the Bank, will be available on the official website of ATEbank (www.atebank.gr/ Bank / Corporate Governance).
