Announcement of important fact

ELLAKTOR's management informs the investing community that its subsidiary AKTOR S.A., with a 51% holding as leader, in a Joint Venture with the Romanian company ARCADA, has undertaken the construction of the Micasasa- Coslariu section of the Brasov – Simeria railway line. 

The contractual price amounts to EUR 168 million, exclusive of VAT, and the project construction period is 3 years.

The project will be financed by the EU Cohesion Fund by 85% and by the Romanian Government by 15%.
