Announcement of Important Fact

ELLAKTOR would like to inform its investors that the consortium of enterprises in which the group's subsidiary AKTOR Concessions SA (25%) participates along with Vinci Concessions SAS (37.5%) and STRABAG AG (37.5%) has won the tender procedure launched by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructures of Romania, represented by C.N.A.D.N.R. –the National Motorway and National Road Company of Romania, for the BOT Project in Romania. In particular, the project relates to the Design, Construction, Financing, Operation, Maintenance and Exploitation of the section Comarnic - Brasov of the Motorway Bucharest-Brasov. The duration of the concession agreement for the project is 29 years.

The project involves the construction of three major intersections, 39 technical works, three twin tunnels with a total length of 19.4 km. The overall length of the motorway's section is 54 km.

The motorway project will be constructed by a consortium comprising the following companies: AKTOR S.A. by 33% regarding the construction of the project, Vinci Construction Grands Projects, Vinci Construction Terrassement and Strabag.

The A3 motorway crosses the Carpathian Mountains and is the principal link of Central Romania and the region of Transylvania with Hungary and Western Europe.

The concession will be operated by a consortium made up of VINCI Concessions, STRABAG and AKTOR Concessions.
