• purchase of 6,000 shares for a total consideration of €4,465.00 by a legal entity related (as per Law 3340/2005) to Board Chairman Mr Leonidas Joannou and Executive Director Mr Christos Joannou
• purchase of 570 shares for a consideration of €399.00 by Deputy Chairman & Executive Director Mr Constantine Kouvaras
