Announcement of Intended Corporate Actions
EUROMEDICA S.A., as part of its obligations pursuant to article 292 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, would like to inform its shareholders and the general investing public that:
1. The Financial Results of the 2006 fiscal year will be published in the press on 30 March 2007, in the KERDOS and VIMA newspapers. On the same date, they will be posted on the company''s Website at www.euromedica.gr.
2. The annual analyst briefing on the company''s financial results will take place on Wednesday, 18/4/2007.
3. The companys Ordinary General Assembly will be held on Monday, 14/5/2007.
4. The ex-dividend date for the 2006 fiscal year will be 17/5/2007.
5. The starting dividend payment date for the 2006 fiscal year will be 25/5/2007. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
