The Company “MOTODYNAMICS S.A.” announces according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007 and the resolution No 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, pursuant a relevant decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company held on 17.05.2011, the signing – on 05.09.2011 – of one common bond loan contract totaling € 2.000.000 with ALPHA BANK S.A. and ALPHA BANK LONDON LTD. The loan has 2 years maturity and it will be used for the refunding of the existing bond loan contract between the Company and ALPHA BANK S.A. MOTODYNAMICS S.A. has also appointed ALPHA BANK S.A. as bond manager, responsible for all bond payments and deposits.
