According to article 13 of L. 3340/2005 and the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Market Commission, Athens Medical Center S.A. announces that Mr. George Apostolopoulos, President of the BoD of the Company, purchased 300.000 Athens Medical SA common shares on 8/11/2013 of total value €276.000,00.
