Mr. Karagiannis Evangelos, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 / 2005, as Chief Accountant of the Company, was awarded 541 ordinary shares.

Mr. Kartsanis Ioannis, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 / 2005, as Commercial Director of the Company, was awarded 2.000 ordinary shares.

Mrs. Sorma Nikolina, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 / 2005, as Internal Auditor of the Company, was awarded 332 ordinary shares.
