Notification of important changes concerning voting rights pursuant to

article 14 of Law 3556/2007  

Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (hereafter “Eurobank”) announces that, based on information received on March 31, 2015, by the company «Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited» (hereafter «Fairfax»), pursuant to article 14 of Law 3556/2007, on March 26, 2015, the percentage of Eurobank's voting rights held indirectly by Fairfax, through its controlled subsidiaries, exceeded the threshold of 10% of the total number of Eurobank's voting rights, including those held by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, and Fairfax's percentage of voting rights amounted to 10.47%, corresponding to 1,540,322,580 voting rights of Eurobank's ordinary shares.
