Prompted by the recent sharp variation (decrease) in its share price, the management of the Company FLEXOPACK ANONYMOUS COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY («Company») wishes to inform the investors, that no event has occurred or concurs, with respect to the activity, the operation in general and the organisation of the Company and of the Group, which is related to the said sharp variation.
