Additional Announcement of Substantial Holdings L. 3556/2007

Following the 14.10.2013 & 17.10.2013 OPAP's announcements referring to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) transfer to Emma Delta Hellenic Holding Ltd of 105,270,000 OPAP shares, or 33.0% over the respective share capital, OPAP SA announces that post an updated notification by  Emma Delta Hellenic Holdings Ltd, the latter is 100% owned by Emma Delta Ltd.  Emma Delta Ltd is an Investment Company, established in Cyprus, recognised and supervised by the Central Bank of Cyprus (“CBC”) as an International Collective Investment Scheme (“ICIS”), pursuant to Law ICIS (No.47 (1), 1999) of the Republic of Cyprus.

As far as shareholders' voting rights are concerned, Emma Delta Management Ltd, owns and controls 100% of the shares with voting rights in Emma Delta Ltd. Emma Delta Management Ltd ultimate beneficiaries are Mr. Jiri Smejc (66.7%) and Mr. George Melisanidis (33.3%), through their companies Emma Capital Limited and Georgiella Holdings Co. Limited respectively.
