The Company "Thrace Plastics Co. S.A." (hereinafter the "Company") in
application of the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange
Regulation and article 10 par. 1. of law 3340/2005, announces to investors
that following the special tax audit for financial year 2012, which was
carried out by the legal auditors, in accordance with article 82 par. 5 law
2238/1994, both on the Company and its subsidiaries "Thrace Non Wovens &
Geosynthetics S.A.",  "THRACE PLASTICS EXTRUDED POLYSTERENE S.A.", "THRACE
SARANTIS S.A.", and "THRACE PLASTICS PACK S.A.", the relevant tax
certificates were issued without reservation.
