DISCLOSURE OF GHANGE IN VOTING RIGHTS

EYDAP SA (the “Company”), pursuant to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular No. 33/2007 of the HCMC, announces that:

• Following relevant notification from Piraeus Bank on May 2^nd 2014, as of April 30^th 2014, the percentage of the voting rights held by Piraeus Bank formed below the minimum threshold. It is noted that on April 29^th 2014 the percentage of direct and indirect voting rights held by Piraeus Bank was 9,9989% and 0,0368% respectively.
• Following relevant notification from “Paulson & Co. Inc.” on May 6^th 2014, as of April 30^th 2014, the latter holds (indirectly) 10.648.800 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of common, registered shares (9.99% of the total voting rights of the Company).
• Following relevant notification from John Paulson on May 6^th 2014, as of April 30^th 2014, the latter holds (indirectly) 10.648.800 voting rights corresponding to an equal number of common, registered shares (9.99% of the total voting rights of the Company).

John Paulson controls Paulson & Co. Inc. which manages investment funds. In this role it exercises the voting rights in the Company. All securities reported in this notification are owned by the funds managed by Paulson & Co. Inc.
