METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Iosif Avagianos Member (Independent, Non-Executive), sold, on October 22^nd, 2013 5,600 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 76,832.00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
