PPCS.A.announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Grigorios Dalis (liable person), sold on 30th of December 2013, 1,000 shares of the Company, with a total value of €10,843.
