MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Anestis Deligeorgis, person obligated to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, sold, on January 13^th, 2014, 315 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 2,000.25. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.
