Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. HOWARD PRINCE-WRIGHT bought, on August 10th, 2007, 1.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 35.620.00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Howard Prince-Wright, under his capacity as Finance Director of the Titan Group.
