Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that COMMERCIAL BANK OF GREECE (the Bank) bought, on August 8, 2007 6.500 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 247,600. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou -Benopoulou, under her capacity as executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and independent member of the Board of the Bank.
