Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 4^th October 2011, 4,208 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 39,338.56.
