Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Μr. Nikolaos Benopoulos, spouse of Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, sold on 25 October 2011,  2,800 common shares of the Company of a total value of  € 37,440.18.
