The Company ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the Law 3556/2007 in combination of the article 11 of Decision Nr 1/434/3-7-2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 16-7-2007 the Shareholder and Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors Mr Dimopoulos Dimitrios of Georgios (bound person according to the article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 864 common shares with a total value of 6.467,52 Euro.
