In accordance with the Announcement of 12/6/2025 and in reference with recent publications in the Financial Press, the management of "Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A." ("ThPA S.A.", or "Company"), states that, after communicating with its major shareholders – that is, the shareholders of “South Europe Gateway Thessaloniki Ltd”, which is “Belterra Investments Ltd” and “Terminal Link Grèce SAS” – both major shareholders have not received any information regarding a public offer, or proposal to change the shareholding structure and no relevant information of the same content has been received.
