According to article 2 of the Capital Market Commission's Decision 3/347/12-7-2005, ATEbank announces that its B.o.D, during its session on 19-4-2012, appointed Mr Petros Fronistas as an extra member and representative of the Hellenic State, pursuant to the 11398/B/480/7-3-2012 Decision of the Minister of Finance.
