ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR YEAR 2024

During 2024, Russia's war in Ukraine continues, with significant social and economic consequences. The war in Gaza, which broke out in October 2023, has serious consequences for the wider region and worldwide. The conflict in the Red Sea, with attacks by Houthi rebels on merchant ships, has had a significant impact on global trade. The timber and timber products sector in Europe and Greece was naturally affected by the general conditions that developed in the European and global markets.

With this bulletin, INTERWOOD XYLEMBORIA ATENE announces the results of its consolidated financial statements for 2024, according to which:

 Turnover amounted to 38,207 thousand euros compared to 38,381 thousand euros in 2023, recording a decrease of 0.45%.

 Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 2,314 thousand euros compared to 3,209 thousand euros in 2023.

 Gross profit amounted to 23.78% of sales, compared to 22.72% in fiscal year 2023

 The result before taxes amounted to a loss of 475 thousand euros compared to profits of 545 thousand euros in the previous year.

 The result after taxes amounted to a loss of 482 thousand euros compared to profits of 374 thousand euros in the previous year.
