ATEbank announces, pursuant to the decision of the B.o.D (session of 24.2.2011) for the employment of independent consultant in order to sell through tender procedure its participation in HELLENIC SUGAR INDUSTRY S.A., that the Invitation of Interest was released to the Press and has been uploaded in the website of ATEbank (www.atebank.gr).

The Candidates that wish to participate in the Process should submit their complete non-binding expression of interest to the Advisor EUROBANK EFG EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM S.A., no later than Thursday, September 15^th, 2011 at 17:00 (local time).
