Agricultural Bank of Greece S.A. (under special liquidation), announces that the international tender for the sale of its participation in Hellenic Sugar Industry S.A. was declared unsuccessful.

Τhe sale of the above participation remains a priority goal for ATE (under Special Liquidation)  and , in any case, investors  will be informed accordingly regarding any future development.
