ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE KEY FINANCIAL FIGURES OF “FLOUR MILLS K. SARANTOPOULOS S.A.” GROUP FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024.

The Company FLOUR MILLS K. SARANTOPOULOS S.A., in the context of the correct and timely information of the Investors and in accordance with the provisions of article 4.1.1, paragraph 2of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision No 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, announces the key financial figures of its consolidated financial statements for 2024, according to which:

Turnover of Group amounted to 14.107 thousand euros compared to 15.943 thousand euros in 2023, recording a decrease of 11,5%.

Earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 2,113 thousand euros compared to 1.137 thousand euros in 2023, recording an increase 85,8%

The result before taxes amounted to a profit of 196 thousand euros compared to a loss of 703 thousand euros in the previous year.

The result after taxes amounted to a loss of 418 thousand euros compared to a loss of 1.098 thousand euros in the previous year.
