Further to its announcement on 9 February 2007 of the Board?s decision of 8 February 2007 regarding the purchase of own shares, and in application of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003, EUROMEDICA S.A. hereby announces that from 22 February 2007 to 21 March 2007 it has proceeded in the purchase of 185,059 own shares with an average purchase price of 7.63 euro.
