"ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A." would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General ShareholdersΆ Meeting dated 18.04.2024 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.05.2024 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through EUROBANK EQUITIES (a) in the meeting dated 07^th of July 2025, to the purchase of 551 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.9956 euro per share, of a total value of 3,860.76 euro and (b) ) in the meeting dated 08^th of July 2025, to the purchase of 548 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 7.0283 euro per share, of a total value of 3,857.68 euro.

Following the above purchases, the Company owns 119,324 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 6.51 euro per share, a percentage of 3.22% of the total shares of the Company.
