GEK TERNA SA, informs that the  shareholder «MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK» which has subsequently changed its name to «MORGAN STANLEY AND CO LLC» sent a letter to the Company, by virtue of which he retracts the announcement - notification dated January 21, 2011 according to which the percentage of voting rights crossed the threshold of 5%.

This retraction is due to the fact  that the above mentioned shareholder declared that they exercise the total of voting rights on behalf of third party clients.
